Clean, Comfortable, and Delicious
During my Easter break, I had the opportunity to stay at a charming hotel in the Alps. The first thing I liked was the cleanliness of the facility. The room was pristine, and the bathroom was spotless too. Additionally, the staff made the bed every day, which added to the comfort of the room. The bed itself was incredibly cozy and soft, making it challenging to get out of it in the morning. The hotel is located a short distance from the ski lift, which was perfect as I was there for the snow. Also, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast spread that included fresh fruit, pastries, and a variety of meats. I especially enjoyed the coffee, which was rich and bold.
The only downside of my stay was that there were limited activities offered by the hotel. While skiing was a great option, there wasn't much else to do if you didn't want to ski. Also, the hotel was a bit far from the town center, which meant a bit of walking to get there. Nevertheless, these are minor details compared to the overall fantastic experience I had at this hotel.

We also appreciated the clean and cosy rooms with comfortable beds and private balconies offering beautiful mountain views.

The breakfast was nice; fresh fruit and boiled eggs. The rooms had private balconies with a great mountain view. Location-wise, it's perfect for skiing with easy access to lifts by car or bus. The staff was helpful, friendly and polite.
The towels were thin, and the room was a bit too traditional - not my style. I didn't appreciate the extra fee charged for the ski and boot storage, which I didn't end up using.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation for skiing. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. the bathroom was adequate and clean. the service was polite and helpful. the breakfast was satisfactory with a decent selection of continental items.
The hotel's refund policy was inflexible and unaccommodating in the face of unexpected circumstances.
